We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns or exchanges.
  • Non-Final Sale Items: Certain products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, follow these simple steps:

  2. Complete the Return Form: We will provide a return authorization form, which must be included with the returned item. Ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error made by us (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), customers will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Free Return Shipping: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds and Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify the new item in your return form. We will ship the exchange once the returned item has been processed.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Cancellations

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for items that are in new, unused condition, and meet our return criteria. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange Process: If you request an exchange, we will process it once we receive your returned item. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
